5-Minute Cashew Queso
Ingredients:
1 cup cashews
1 cup hot water
1 Tbsp harissa paste and/or chili crunch
2 Tbsp nutritional yeast
Salt + pepper
Blend all ingredients until smooth. Add more water if a thinner consistency is preferred. Use as a dip, or add to tacos, bowls, etc. Also perfect for Crunch Wrap Supreme (see recipe below).
Crunch Wrap Supreme
Ingredients:
1 burrito-sized tortilla
1 small (6 in) tortilla, toasted until crispy
Plain yogurt
Roasted cauliflower, finely chopped
Black or refried beans
Jalapeños or pickled jalapeños
Optional: pico de gallo or red onion
Cashew queso
Optional: hot sauce
Spread yogurt and beans in the center of the large tortilla. Add the crispy tortilla on top, then layer with remaining toppings. Fold the large tortilla inward, covering the center. Sear in a skillet with olive oil until golden brown.
Detox Crunch Salad
Ingredients:
2–3 cups shredded cabbage (or one bag)
1 cup shredded carrots (or one small bag)
5–6 celery stalks, chopped
1 red bell pepper, chopped
Cilantro or parsley, chopped
1/4 cup hemp seeds
1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
Liquid Gold Dressing (see below)
Toss all ingredients and top with avocado and protein of your choice when serving.

add to prepped detox crunch salad or will make 4 single serve salad uses
Ingredients:
5 Tbsp olive oil
4 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
2 Tbsp honey
2 tsp minced ginger
1 tsp ground turmeric
Salt + pepper
Juice of 1 large lemon or 2 small
Chili Crunch Tuna
Ingredients:
2 cans tuna (try @safecatch for low mercury)
1 Tbsp mayo
1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
Drizzle of olive oil
Juice of 1 lemon
2 celery stalks, chopped
1 tsp dried tarragon
1 Tbsp chili crunch
Salt + pepper
