Ingredients:

  • 12 eggs

  • handful of greens

  • 1 C cherry tomatoes

  • 1/2 red onion, diced

  • 1/4 C cashew milk (or milk of choice)

  • Tb olive oil

  • optional cheese of choice

  • fresh parsley

  • @primalpalate breakfast blend

  • red pepper flakes

  • tsp baking soda

Bake at 375 for 40 min

🌈 RAINBOW CRUNCH SALAD

Ingredients:

  • 1-2 C shredded cabbage

  • 5oz arugula or butter lettuce

  • pint of cherry tomatoes, halved

  • 3 large carrots, chopped into rounds

  • pinch of sprouts

  • 1/4 C hemp seeds

  • 2 Tb sesame seeds

  • 1 1/2 C chickpeas or lentils

  • option to serve with additional protein of choice

  • sesame ginger lime dressing (see below)

SESAME GINGER LIME DRESSING

Ingredients:

  • 2 tsp minced ginger

  • juice of 2 limes

  • 3 Tb coconut aminos

  • 2 Tb dijon

  • 3 Tb sesame oil

  • 2 Tb rice vinegar

SOBA NOODLE SALAD

  • pack of soba noodles (9.5oz)

  • 5 oz arugula or butter lettuce

  • 1 C edamame beans

  • 3 green onion, chopped

  • 1 bell pepper, diced

  • 2 Tb sesame seeds

  • 1/4 C hemp seeds

  • sesame ginger lime dressing
